This includes shoveling rock, dirt, and collecting left over elements to clear site for new construction. Duties Assist in the leanup of job site, ensuring a safe and organized workspace. Perform manual labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed. Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely and effectively. Follow instructions from supervisors and work as part of a team to complete projects on time. Maintain cleanliness of work areas by disposing of waste and organizing materials. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure personal and team safety at all times. Skills Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with coworkers. Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred. Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship. Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently. Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities as needed.
