We're open to working with someone newer to the field, as long as you're creative, knowledgeable, and reliable. Project Overview: Remodeling an existing home (floor plan attached). We want to modify the layout and improve space use. We'd like a site visit to go over our ideas and assess feasibility, but only after we've generally agreed on a reasonable price range. We respect your time and ours, and want to avoid situations where a site visit happens before we're aligned on scope and cost. We're happy to pre-discuss some of our ideas to help you give us a clearer sense of the price range and estimated time to complete. Who We're Looking For: Creative thinker who understands residential design and LA building codes. Licensed architect or someone who can coordinate with a licensed professional for stamped drawings. Responsive, collaborative, and available for in-person discussion. Important: We're posting this as a more economical alternative to hiring through established firms or platforms like Yelp. That said, we're not expecting to pay bottom-of-the-barrel rates either. We're looking for a fair price that works for both sides.
