What You'll Do
Develop client relations
by providing project status updates to clients and leadership.
Manage budget reports
, cost and revenue projections, and change orders.
Participate in project meetings with internal departments.
Partner with stakeholders to ensure project scope and direction are on schedule.
Develop budget analysis reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders, and other necessary reports.
Delegate work and
mentor Project Engineers
, providing coaching and performance feedback as needed.
What You'll Need to Be Successful
Education:
Four-year degree in Engineering, or equivalent applicable experience.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Skills:
Proven ability to manage small teams.
Strong negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Strong financial acumen.
Excellent project management skills.
Experience managing subcontractors.
Strong computer skills, including CADD, ERP, and Microsoft Office Products (e.g., Excel).
