Job Posting: Heavy Equipment Operator for Solar Site Location: Cahone, Colorado Position: Heavy Equipment Operator Pay: $30/hour + Per Diem Hours: 40-55 hours per week, Monday through Friday (Overtime available on weekends) Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team for a solar site project in Cahone, Colorado. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience operating various heavy machinery, including excavators, dozers, loaders, haul trucks, skid steers, and more. Solar experience is a must. Key Responsibilities: Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on a solar site Perform pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on equipment Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications: Proven experience operating heavy equipment, specifically excavators, dozers, loaders, haul trucks, and skid steers Previous experience in solar site operations is required Valid driver's license and relevant certifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends for overtime Benefits: Competitive hourly wage of $30 Per diem for travel expenses Opportunity for overtime on weekends Join a dedicated team working on renewable energy projects If you are a motivated Heavy Equipment Operator with a passion for renewable energy and meet the qualifications above, we would love to hear from you!
