Carpenter/Painter/Landscaper Assistant

Carpenter/Painter/Landscaper Assistant (vallejo / benicia) compensation: $20/hr and up, depending on experience and productivity Semi-retired tradesman getting my Benicia fixer ready to live in. I need a helper 20 to 40 hrs/week through the end summer. Work includes hauling/lifting/moving, cleaning, paint prep & painting, landscaping/gardening, and carpentry (laborer or apprentice level). Need to be able to lift ~50lb, but beyond that I'm happy to hire a person of any size, age, background or description, as long as you are honest, reliable, and can listen well and follow instructions, and ask me when you need to know more.
