What youll do
The Production Supervisor employs leadership skills, technical skills, and manufacturing experience to ensure increased associate productivity, maximize equipment functionality, and proactively manage the daily operational activities in the assigned area of responsibility / shift in order to meet or exceed departmental Safety, Quality, Productivity and Cost Goals. The work schedule is Monday - Thursday 3PM - 11PM; Sundays 7AM -7PM
Promote safe and healthy production environment and perform safe work practices always.
Ensure each staff meets the assigned production targets daily. Conduct shift meetings to ensure that staffs understand daily objectives and output requirements
Coordinate with line and cell teams and ensure compliance to all standards and maintain effective production (SHO & Line meetings, CILT, CL, DH, TBM, ). Ensure equipment's and work floor is clean, safe and well-maintenance.
Identify all issues in team and provide continuous support to all members according to operating standards on everyday basis. Monitor and control processes using visual observation and process data.
Develop, analyze and enhance manufacturing methods to assist production requirements. Prepare work instructions, OPL's and Bills of Materials in MRP/SAP system. Provide proper trainings to staffs on their job duties.
Cooperate with Cell HPS & Reliability Engineers to develop standards and improving the effectiveness of the activities.
Analyze staffing requirements and ensure efficient compliance to production schedules and budget for all production process.
Prepare vacation schedule for all employees and ensure no effect to production. Manage proper staffing level daily by checking sick leaves, forecasted employee vacations and unanticipated absences.
Schedule is Monday - Thursday 3PM - 11PM; Sundays 7am - 7pm
What makes you a good fit
BS Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical or Production Engineering related field strongly desired
4+ years in a manufacturing environment with responsibility for supervision required
Chemical background is a plus
Proven team building and team leadership experience, with measurable results, strong engagement and successful development of team members in the next level of leaders
Strong computer literacy (MS Access, MS Excel, SAP, Dayforce)
Operational knowledge of automated process and machinery
Strong communication, presentation and coaching/counseling skills
Lead change by creating high performance work teams
MUST be able to work the schedule - Mon - Thu 3 pm to 11 pm, Sunday 7 am to 7 pm

The salary for this role is $88,000.00 - $100,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
