Project Field Superintendent

Northern Colorado Infrastructure Construction Company is seeking a competent Project Field Superintendent. Salary and benefits based on experience. Flexible PTO. Medical, dental and vision insurance. Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. 8-10 years' experience in civil infrastructure construction; particularly, in underground sanitary sewer, water, storm, and street installation. Proficient in interpreting construction drawings and specification. Knowledge of local construction codes and regulations. Able to identify project-impacting critical issues and challenges. Provide direct in-field supervision of multiple work crews, subcontractors and all on-site activities, working on all phases of infrastructure construction. Provide leadership and management to assigned projects in a safe, profitable, and timely manner. Manage work in a manner consistent with company and industry standards of safety, quality and integrity. Work closely and collaboratively with owners, engineers, project managers, sub-contractors, and construction teams. Manage all aspects of project delivery: safety, planning, schedules, quality control/quality assurance, and resource management. Assure projects are compliant with all regulatory requirements.
