Scope of Work: Approx. 80 linear feet of lattice-style vinyl fence replacement, same exact style and location of posts Use of 10 existing vinyl post locations - contractor to determine reusability, but locations and height should remain the same Installation of one 4 ft pedestrian gate with new entry framing (per provided site photos) Installation of two 50" lattice-style driveway gates (total opening: 100") this is included in the 80 lineal feet. Debris removal and light landscaping cleanup around post areas will be required to ensure a clean, professional installation We are looking for detail-oriented, professional subcontractors with experience in vinyl fencing.
