Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Construction Superintendent position include: 2-5 years of experience in commercial construction with hospitality, office, or specialty project backgrounds Manage ground-up, design-build, and tenant improvement projects from start to finish Ability to supervise on-site crews and subcontractors, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met Experience coordinating inspections and maintaining compliance with local codes and safety regulations Must be highly organized and comfortable working in both office and field environments (approximately 20/80 split) Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to lead field teams effectively Flexibility to manage multiple job sites when needed (no travel expectations) No degree or software experience requiredhands-on leadership and construction knowledge are key Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
