MEP Project Manager

Qualifications and responsibilities for this MEP Project Manager position include: Minimum 5 years of experience managing MEP/FP systems in construction or engineering environments Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred Review project specifications and documents for constructability, code compliance, and coordination Lead MEP/FP trades from preconstruction through final turnover to the client Support budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor evaluations Collaborate with BIM Coordinators, Engineers, and Owners during system design and installation Monitor installation, equipment approval, commissioning, and project handover documentation Ensure project conformance with safety, quality, and performance standards Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
