We're seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Estimator to join the team on-site in Texarkana, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale federal government projects ranging from $500,000 to $10 million. With over 1.8 million square feet of completed roofing projects, this family-owned company is expanding and looking for top talent to help drive continued growth and success. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Roofing Estimator position include: Experience preparing accurate budget and cost estimates for commercial roofing projects Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project documents to determine material, labor, and subcontractor needs Perform detailed takeoffs, manage bid data, and create cost breakdowns for proposals Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors while coordinating bids and pricing Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and project details simultaneously Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills; must be detail-oriented and proficient in spreadsheets and estimating tools Ability to interpret technical documentation and building codes Must work from the Texarkana officeremote work is not an option for this role Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
