Apprentice Electrician/Foreman Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Apprentice Electrician/Foreman to join our team, working alongside 4-8 automation technicians and electricians. This role involves building new well site pads and installing automation, controls, and electrical systems for our customers. The work is primarily focused on the construction and installation of infrastructure, requiring physical labor and involvement in all phases, including conduit bending, cable tray installation, pulling wire, trenching, automation installation, and troubleshooting. Responsibilities Collaborate with a team to construct new well site pads. Install automation, controls, and electrical systems. Perform conduit bending and cable tray installation. Pull wire and perform trenching as required. Assist in automation installation and troubleshooting. Focus on infrastructure construction rather than technical programming. Essential Skills Experience with cable tray installation and conduit bending. Proficiency in pulling wire and installing electrical systems. Ability to work on industrial, oil & gas well pad sites. 3+ years of experience in automation or electrical construction within oilfield, industrial, petrochemical, refinery, or heavy commercial sectors. Additional Skills & Qualifications Must possess own basic tools. Willingness to travel to Wyoming as needed. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work is conducted primarily at well pad sites in the oilfield, specifically around the DJ Basin. Team members will meet at the shop each morning at 6 am and travel together to the site in work trucks. The role requires physical labor and offers a rewarding experience in new construction settings. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greeley, Colorado. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
