Experienced Structural Concrete Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Structural Concrete Foreman to join our team. Caldo Concrete is based in Etna, OH and we serve the greater Columbus, OH area completing residential (new construction) and commercial concrete work. The Concrete Foreman will be responsible for managing three to nine concrete professionals. The foreman will have a wide range of duties including but not limited to quality, safety, and production.

**The successful candidate will:**

- Accurately read and interpret blueprints

- Manage crews of concrete workers

- Assign tasks to crew members

- Responsible for the layout of projects.

- Coordinating with Superintendents

- Problem solve project anomalies

- Contribute to maintain quality standards

- Assist with the placement of concrete for projects

- Meet with Owners, General Contractor and others in a professional manner and have the ability to communicate effectively both the concerns and best interests of the company

- Manage Materials

**The successful candidate will have:**

- Concrete finishing experience

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Self-starter with ability to work in a team environment

- Clean driving record (MVR will be pulled)

- Good oral and written communication skills.

- Experience/knowledge of construction

- Bi-Lingual English/Spanish a plus but not required

Pay: $28.50 - $39.00 per hour
