Bilingual Spanish Painter

Immediate need for a qualified painter with 3 to 5 years of solid painting experience and Bilingual Spanish. Lead the department of 1 -2 staff members.

Painters have the responsibility of performing general physical activities, such as climbing ladders, working on scaffolding and applying plaster, stucco or related material. They should be able to cut or paste wall covering material, use hand or power tools, read a tape measure, fabricate, assemble and disassemble manufactured products by hand and estimate time or cost for installation, repair or construction projects. Painters should be able to distinguish colors, apply
cleaning solvents, erect scaffolding and prepare building surfaces for wallpaper, adhesives, paint or finishes. Other duties include:
Sanding
Scraping
Cleaning
Prep-work
Completing work orders
Cement work
Troubleshoot leaks
Carpentry work
Assigned tasks
Provide a courteous, respectful, and pleasant interaction with all persons
Interact with Residents to complete tasks
Follow through until job duties are complete
Follow direction of management staff
