About the Role:
As our Project Manager, you'll oversee hardwood floor refinishing projects from start to finishensuring high-quality results, timely delivery, and satisfied clients. Youll coordinate with clients, crew members, and vendors, while also applying your hands-on expertise to guide and inspect the work.

Responsibilities:
Manage high end residential refinishing projects

Supervise and support field teams during sanding, staining, and sealing

Conduct job site assessments and provide accurate estimates

Coordinate schedules, materials, and equipment

Ensure safety, cleanliness, and quality control on every site

Communicate effectively with clients throughout each phase of the job

What Were Looking For:
3+ years of experience in hardwood floor refinishing

Strong understanding of floor prep, sanding, staining, and finishing techniques

Excellent time management and communication skills

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
