Carpenter / Handyman / $37.50 hour

Handyman / Carpenter needed to help with unfinished projects:
- Repair poor grouting
- Dry wall repair including nail pops and paint
- Doors difficult to close, need to be cut down to clear the carpet
- Mount brooms and rakes in garage
- Patio door bottom wood needs to be replaced
- Mount shower grab bars

Other projects as needed - $37.50 hour
