The essential functions include being able to work in confined spaces, and/or dirty, dusty environments and in high places. Ability to bend, stoop, lift, twist and climb ladders.

**Awarded applicant must meet all company and
state requirements, including enrolling in a four year
program at Umpqua Community College**

Selected applicants will be invited to participate in assessment testing, ranking, and further consideration.
