Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in project coordination and management, particularly within commercial furniture, construction, or related industries. This role requires a professional who can effectively work in a corporate environment and manage various aspects of project execution, utilizing tools such as Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Procore.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the warehouse team, project team, and clients regarding service and project requests.
  • Oversee the creation and review of base contracts and change orders.
  • Collaborate with the accounting and project teams on invoicing, budget tracking, and project scheduling.
  • Reconcile deliveries of furniture to the job site.
  • Organize job folders within the companys K drive.
  • Identify issues, services, and support required for project execution.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules.
  • Develop and distribute daily project field reports through Procore.
  • Participate in and lead kickoff and weekly meetings, as well as project execution strategies.
  • Assist in managing labeling of deliveries and reserve elevators as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as requested by senior staff and team members to ensure successful project completion.
Essential Skills
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a project coordinator/APM role.
  • Experience in commercial furniture, construction, or other project management assignments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Procore.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in a corporate environment.
  • Knowledge of FF&E, interior fit out, office renovation, commercial construction, and corporate construction.
Work Environment

This position is based onsite in Wilmington, working five days a week. The role involves overseeing a complex large furniture move and installation for a major corporate client. The team fosters a family-like atmosphere and offers benefits including 15 days of paid time off and paid holidays.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
