- Develop and input annual sales plans into the strategic business plan.

- Deliver presentations to executives and management teams to highlight business or marketing opportunities.
- Business development experience in engineering and technical sales.
- Proficiency in mil spec and mil standards.

- This position offers hybrid and remote work options, with the company located in Mahwah, NJ. We operate on a 9/80 schedule, offering flexibility for the right candidate. While not required to be onsite five days a week, a commutable hybrid schedule is preferred. Travel is estimated at 30%, with potential hubs in Alabama.
