Senior Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to determine project needs in conjunction with clients and team members to produce accurate and thorough estimates of work. The ideal candidate will coordinate with in-house personnel, vendors, and contractors to produce cost-effective estimates, considering all materials and personnel availability. This role involves creating and monitoring budgets for awarded projects, managing change orders, project documents, and ensuring all project documentation is accurate and complete from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with in-house personnel, vendors, and outside contractors to produce cost-sensitive estimates.
• Create and monitor budgets for awarded projects.
• Manage change orders, project documents, and project details through completion.
• Develop personnel timelines for scheduling purposes.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, timely, and complete for the entire project lifecycle.

• Project management expertise.
• Experience with Plumbing and mechanical piping systems.
• Proficiency in BIM, Bluebeam, and Revit.
• Commercial construction experience.
• Fire protection knowledge.

• 10+ years of experience in the field.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with field teams, foremen, and project managers.
• Preferred: Mechanical engineering degree.
• Experience in the construction field is highly valued.

The position is primarily office-based, with an expectation to visit job sites as necessary. The company provides a family-like atmosphere, promotes from within, and values employee engagement. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
