(NJRHS Union) Commercial HVAC Technician

NJR Home Services (NJRHS), a subsidiary of New Jersey Resources is currently seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Farmingdale, NJ.

Candidates must have at least five years of experience in commercial heating and cooling equipment service and installations. This includes commercial multi-stage HVAC package units up to 20-ton, hydronic systems, boilers (up to 750K BTU), tankless, indirect heat pumps, mini-split systems. Candidates should have or be in the process of obtaining a Master HVAC license and universally EPA certified for refrigerant. Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

NJR Home Services (NJRHS), provides HVAC services including heating, central air conditioning and water heating service, sales and installations to residential and commercial customers in New Jersey.

Other Details:

Compensation: The base pay for this role is $47.55/hour.
This role will be eligible to participate in a union annual short term incentive program.
