Pay: $32.00 - $40.00/hr

RESPONSIBILITIES
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of plumbing systems, construction practices, and mechanical knowledge. This role involves working on various
projects, including commercial plumbing installations and repairs. The Plumber will be responsible for ensuring that all plumbing systems are installed correctly and function efficiently.
Daily operations and maintenance of plumbing and all other building systems
Must have experience performing commercial plumbing service work in office buildings, medical and healthcare facilities, industrial and manufacturing facilities,
distribution/fulfillment centers, etc.
Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures, including faucets, toilets, flush valves, instant hot water heaters, etc.
Drain cleaning and jetting experience required
Ability to work on water, irrigation, and gas piping, including PVC, copper, black pipe, cast iron, and galvanized pipe
Experience working on pump systems, including recirculation pumps, booster
pumps, and sump pumps (duplex and triplex systems)
Ability to troubleshoot and repair commercial application water heaters and/or boilers
Drive and operate company vehicles within department guidelines
Collaborate with team members to complete projects promptly
Must be able to work nights and weekends when projects require
Perform special projects as assigned
Ensure the cleanliness and appearance of all work areas
Respond quickly to emergencies
Perform other related duties as required or assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or GED equivalent
5+ years of prior experience in commercial building plumbing
Strong organization and communication skills
A driver's license is required
Proven record of excellent customer service
