Potential Electrical is now hiring Civil Construction Laborers (Level I & II) to help build EV charging stations and energy storage systems across California. We have a mix of local/commutable work and projects that require travel and working out of town. Lodging and per diem are provided when traveling.

These are hands-on field roles with immediate openings and a clear path for advancement.

Current Hiring Focus:

Civil Construction Laborer I (Entry-Level: 02,000 hours) $22$26/hr
Civil Construction Laborer II (2,0004,000 hours) $27$32/hr
Whether you're just getting started or already have some experience under your belt, we want to hear from you.

Opportunity to Grow Into Higher-Level Roles:

Concrete Carpenter/Forming Finisher: $35$50/hr
Civil Foreman/Leadman: $35$45/hr
Civil Superintendent: $45$55/hr

Typical Job Duties:

Dig trenches, pull wire, install underground conduit
Set up and assist with concrete forms and pours
Move materials and equipment with shovels or skid steer
Help build EV charging pad foundations
Follow directions, read job plans, and maintain safety standards
Travel and work out of town as needed
Requirements:

Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
Willing to travel and work out of town when needed
Able to lift 70 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
Must pass background check and drug/alcohol screening
English reading/writing comprehension for job instructions
Entry-level applicants are welcome. We provide on-the-job training and clear advancement pathways.
