We are seeking a seasoned Hyperscale Data Center Project Manager to lead and oversee the execution of mission-critical infrastructure projects for our top-tier hyperscale clients. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience from working with industry-leading infrastructure contractors and possess an expert-level understanding of the unique demands of hyperscale environments.

This is a high-visibility role with ownership over project execution from preconstruction through commissioning. You'll coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and customer teams to ensure that scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met in fast-paced, technically complex environments.

Project Planning & Execution

• Manage the full lifecycle of hyperscale data center projects, including infrastructure deployment (structured cabling, pathways, racks, fiber/copper installation).
• Develop project plans, phasing schedules, risk assessments, and logistics strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with hyperscale customer requirements, standards, and SLAs.

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Maintain clear communication across multiple stakeholders including general contractors, trades, engineering teams, and end users.
• Lead recurring coordination meetings, site walks, and status updates.

Budget, Schedule, and Quality Control

• Own and manage budgets from $1M–$20M+ with precision.
• Monitor construction activities, delivery schedules, and manpower to meet aggressive timelines.
• Ensure adherence to strict QA/QC and commissioning standards as defined by hyperscale clients.

Technical Oversight

• Provide subject matter expertise in large-scale structured cabling systems (fiber/copper), containment, and data hall readiness.
• Interface with design teams to resolve technical issues and value engineer where needed.
• Oversee contractor/vendor performance and enforce compliance with scope.

• 5–10+ years of project management experience in large-scale data center or mission-critical infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record managing deployments for hyperscale clients .
• Strong understanding of structured cabling standards (TIA/EIA), cable plant topologies, containment systems, and pathways.

• PMP RCDD or RTPM preferred
• Experience with Smartsheet, Procore, or other construction management tools.
• Knowledge of local and international data center standards (e.g., Uptime Institute, BICSI).
