Must Have:
Prior experience with Residential Replacement Door & Window projects
Tools & equipment
Reliable vehicle with a bed or trailer to transport products
Lead-Safe Certified Renovator (EPA)
EPA Firm Certificate (or ability to get one)
New Mexico Licensure
Certificate of Insurance (COI)
