Superintendent, Commercial Construction (Glendale, CA)

COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
needed in southern area of GLENDALE for a commercial tenant improvement project.
We are looking for the following:
Required minimum of 5-7 years verifiable Superintendent experience;
Ability to write and maintain a construction work schedule;
A Superintendent able to manage subcontractors and schedule job progress;
Possess knowledge of all trades, and be able to read and understand plans;
Be organized, professional, reliable, responsible and have great communication skills;
Keep the job on schedule and within budget;
