HVAC Installation Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking HVAC Installation/Startup Technicians to assist with various projects throughout the Hampton Roads area. Candidates must be able to access bases if needed and will primarily work on commercial units.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform installation and startup of HVAC systems on commercial units.
+ Assist with various HVAC projects throughout Hampton Roads.
+ Ensure compliance with base access requirements when necessary.
**Essential Skills**
+ 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC.
+ Experience in both commercial and residential HVAC is acceptable.
+ Service experience is also acceptable.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Training and certification expenses covered.
+ Ability to work independently and in team settings.
