Ouellette Plumbing isseeking a dedicated and experienced Project

Manager/Estimator in the mechanical and plumbing field to lead and

oversee various projects from inception to completion. The ideal

candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered

on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong

leadership skills, a deep understanding of project management in the

plumbing, pipe fitting, welding, and mechanical trades.

**Duties**

- Lead Plumbing, pipe fitting, heating, and industrial piping project

planning construction projects to define project scope, objectives,

and deliverables.

- Gather and analyze requirements, local building codes, and relevant

construction practices to ensure alignment with customer

expectations.

- Coordinate with employees in the field to ensure projects are being

completed on time and up to the standards the customer is expecting

- Coordinate with employees in the field and other construction trades

to ensure all proper materials, tools, and information is supplied

to successfully complete projects.

- Manage timelines effectively, ensuring that all tasks are completed

on schedule.

- Prepare and present project updates to customers and construction

managers, highlighting project status, scheduling, and ongoing needs

for the job.

- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages open

communication among field employees and office staff.

**Skills**

- Experience in the plumbing and heating industry.

- Experience with industrial piping and mechanical fields with a

working knowledge of all materials, tools of the trade, and relevant

construction practices.

- Experience with FastPipe estimation software is preferred.
