We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Infrastructure Engineer II to join our TSG team. This role is located in Lake Mary, LM - (4 days in office). In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Ensures that all systems, applications, software, and hardware are compliant with Corporate policy/procedures. Identifies issues and contributes to developing solutions. Maintains and may lead the process for documenting design, build and standard operating procedures. Develops detailed project plans and tracks project progress. Assists in ensuring that all systems, applications, software, and hardware are compliant with Corporate policy/procedures. Maintains documentation of design, build and procedures. Works with Application Development and Quality Assurance, Testing and Business teams to understand infrastructure needs during the planning, design, development and testing processes. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree in computer science or at least 5 years of equivalent work experience required,0-3 years of related experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus. Assists in implementing changes to the organization's infrastructure technology that enhance its reliability, resilience and efficiency. Performs basic production support tasks. Identifies opportunities for process improvement and automation. Contributes to the achievement of related teams' objectives. At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
