What You'll Work On

- Service & repair:

- Boilers, oil/gas furnaces, heat pumps, mini-splits, RTUs (up to 25 tons)

- Troubleshoot electrical & control systems

- Handle preventative maintenance and refrigerant recharge

- Document work accurately and keep customers happy

You're a Fit If You Have

- 5+ years of hands-on HVAC experience

- Experience with older systems (boilers, oil, steam, etc.)

- EPA Certification

- You're a tech, not a salesperson --- diagnostics first, not upsells
