**Job Description**

The Technician will serve as a firewatch for an Oil and Gas compressor station construction project, ensuring the safety of the site. This role requires a keen eye for detail to identify and address potential hazards. Responsibilities include monitoring site safety and managing the sign-in and sign-out process for site personnel.

**Responsibilities**

+ Manage the sign-in and sign-out process for site personnel.

**Essential Skills**

+ Experience in overseeing and maintaining safety at a job site.

+ Effective communication skills with a team.

+ Attention to detail in monitoring site safety.

+ Experience with reporting tools.

+ Experience as a spotter, firewatch, and hole watch.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Prior construction experience.

**Work Environment**

The work takes place in an Oil and Gas compressor station, characterized by a blue-collar team environment. The position requires working at least 6 days per week, with 10-hour days.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
