Project Manager Commercial Construction Location: Dublin City Salary: (Apply online only) + Transport/Allowance + Benefits Company Overview: A leading Tier-1 contractor who are currently undertaking a 200m+ project in Dublin Docklands. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-profile commercial development in Dublin City. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all phases of the commercial construction project from pre-construction through to handover. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to maintain smooth workflow and communication. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, building codes, and company policies. Monitor quality standards and ensure work is completed to specification. Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders. Manage procurement and contract administration. Lead project meetings, resolving issues and identifying risks proactively. Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 5 years experience in project management roles, ideally within the commercial sector. Proven track record of delivering medium to large-scale commercial projects on time and within budget. Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and health & safety standards.
