Location Preference:

This role is Remote, but we are primarily looking for someone in Southern California.

Candidate can be in MST or PST time zone, but will be required to visit the Irvine, CA office once a month

This candidate can be in the Chandler, AZ area. If they are in the Chandler, AZ area, this will be a hybrid in-office position.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Associate Project Manager to support customer deployments across multiple applications. This role will assist in leading Project Managers or independently manage regional and nontraditional deployments. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, telecom industry knowledge, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage one or more aspects of customer deployments, ensuring timely and compliant project delivery

Support all phases of deployment, including site acquisition, zoning, permitting, lease, and construction management

Coordinate documentation for tower modifications, collocations, and new builds

Forecast project milestones using internal project management tools

Participate in deployment meetings and communicate with carrier representatives

Address design issues and coordinate with utilities and internal teams as needed

Monitor project risks and escalate issues impacting timelines or costs

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

1-3 years of project management experience

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of wireless/telecom project management and site acquisition processes

Ability to interpret blueprints and structural details for towers and rooftops

Familiarity with construction services, including telco, power, fiber, and vendor equipment

Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service orientation

Ability to analyse workflows, financial metrics, and implement corrective actions

Experience coordinating across multiple service groups and stakeholders
