The candidate will be responsible for managing construction sites, overseeing site safety, coordinating with subcontractors, organizing materials and resources, ensuring projects stay within budget, and leading project management efforts. Daily tasks include supervising construction activities, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Salary will be commensurate with experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with both public work and private sector work in these categories: excavation/grading, underground utilities storm, sanitary, water systems, Concrete work paving, curbs, flatwork, misc. concrete, and associated road and site development work.
