We are seeking a Chassis Design Engineer to join the company, a premier supplier, in Saline, MI

What you'll be doing:
Coordinate model life management for Chassis systems of Passenger car - Sedan, SUV, and Minivan models, focusing on the following:
Arrange technical documentation, drawings, and parts lists updates based on vehicle change points or external group requests
Perform regulation and certification confirmation activities
Lead communication between design, supplier, and project management teams as needed
Support benchmarking and study of cost reduction proposals with suppliers and make proposals for implementation.

Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent)
Excellent problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills
5 years or more as a Mechanical engineer or equivalent
Experience in Chassis design and development
