Glazing Construction Project Manager

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Glazing Construction Project Manager position include: Minimum 5 years of experience in the glazing industry, or solid Construction PM/Superintendent experience with willingness to learn glazing Proven experience with curtainwall, storefront, and glass systems on commercial construction projects Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) Oversight of submittals, shop drawings, material orders, pricing, change orders, and billing Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from $250k to over $1M in value Strong organizational and leadership skills to coordinate between field and office Comfortable conducting site visits and managing field operations locally Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors Salary: $60,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
