Site Managers & Assistant Site Managers - Reading Start Date: 28th July 2025 Duration: Approx. 30 weeks Project Location: Reading Reporting To: Senior Site Manager We're on the hunt for experienced Site Managers and Assistant Site Managers to join our team on a fast-paced project in Reading. You'll be working under the wing of one of our top Senior Site Managers, so expect structure, support, and high standards. What You'll Be Doing: Overseeing day-to-day site operations and subcontractor activities. Driving progress, keeping safety tight and quality tighter. Working closely with the team to hit key programme milestones. What We're Looking For: A strong background in insulated render systems - this is key! Proven site management experience (either as SM or Assistant). Able to think ahead, keep things moving, and solve issues before they become dramas. Must-Haves: SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) - current and in-date First Aid at Work - because accidents don't book appointments CSCS Manager's Card - you'll need the proper badge for the job The Details: Start: 28th July 2025 Duration: 30 weeks (think long enough to make an impact, short enough to stay fresh)
