Welder / Fabricator | Bend, OR Location: Bend, Oregon Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $25/hour DOE (Depending on Experience) Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 hours shifts or Monday to Thursday 10hr shifts About the Role We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our client's team in Bend, OR. This hands-on role involves welding and fabricating custom truck products, utility vehicle modifications, and snow plow repairs. If you take pride in your workmanship and enjoy working on a variety of vehicle-based fabrication projects, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Perform welding using various processes: Stick, MIG (GMAW), TIG , and more Fabricate and repair truck and utility vehicle components, including: Flatbeds Utility truck bodies Snow plow systems Ensure all welds meet high standards of quality and durability Read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings when needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment What We're Looking For Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience in welding and fabrication Proficiency in multiple welding techniques (Stick, MIG, TIG) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Preferred Qualities: Hardworking and reliable Consistent and punctual Committed to producing high-quality work Education: High school diploma or equivalent required Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, crouch, and stoop for extended periods Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs independently Why Join Us?
