TIG Welder : Maple Grove, MN : $20 to $30 per hour**
**Job Description**
The TIG Welder will be responsible for performing TIG welding on stainless steel (70%) and aluminum (30%) within a job shop environment, primarily serving the aerospace and defense industries. The role requires the ability to work directly from blueprints with weld symbols and involves vertical welding almost exclusively.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform TIG welding on stainless steel and aluminum.
+ Interpret and work directly off blueprints with weld symbols.
+ Conduct vertical welding in a job shop setting.
+ Collaborate on projects primarily for aerospace and defense sectors.
**Essential Skills**
+ 2+ years of TIG welding experience or equivalent educational background.
+ Strong work history in welding.
+ Proficiency in reading blueprints and weld symbols.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in TIG welding specifically on aluminum.
