HVAC Service Technician**

**Job Description**

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician who will be responsible for performing service work and repairs on HVAC equipment. The ideal candidate will have the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair issues, working both on rooftops and within facilities. This role requires climbing ladders and using lifts.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform service work and repairs on HVAC equipment.

+ Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems.

+ Make necessary repairs efficiently and effectively.

+ Work on rooftops and within facilities.

+ Climb ladders and use lifts as required.

**Essential Skills**

+ Experience with service and repair of HVAC equipment.

+ Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.

+ EPA certification.

+ Experience with chilled water systems and analysis tools.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Commercial or industrial HVAC service experience.

+ State Certified Journeyman card holder or equivalent experience.

+ Experience working on RTUs, chillers, water towers, VFDs, and boilers.

**Work Environment**

This position involves onsite work at an industrial facility located at the GM Tech center. Expect a hands-on environment where safety and precision are prioritized.

This is a Permanent position based out of Warren, Michigan.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $80080.00 - $80080.00/yr.
