Forklift Operator**
**Job Description**
We are seeking an industrial forklift operator to join our team and assist in the movement of temporary office units that are manufactured for use at construction sites. The role involves the full assembly of these units, including the setup of desks, chairs, and other requested furnishings within the units.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate industrial forklifts to safely move large modular units.
+ Ensure the secure transportation of objects weighing 30,000lbs or more.
+ Assist in the assembly of office units including installation of furniture and equipment.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1-2 years of industrial forklift experience.
+ Experience with hand tools and power tools.
+ Knowledge in framing and carpentry.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work is advantageous.
+ Previous experience moving modular units is preferred but not required.

**Work Environment**

Currently, the team is working around 50 hours a week due to being understaffed, but this is expected to reduce to 45 hours weekly once fully staffed. The dress code includes work clothes such as jeans and t-shirts, steel-toed shoes, and other necessary PPE provided by the employer.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, Idaho.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
