Preferred Skills

- Carpentry, skillful, informed use of hand tools, Skil Saw, Hammer

Drill, Screw Gun, Levels, Tape Measures, Chalk boxes, layout lines

- Carpentry/Wall Framing, Install metal or wood studs based on

accepted practices

- Carpentry/Drywall (gypsum). Install, insulation and then Drywall

sheathing, tape, fill and float seams and nail holes, sand and

finish drywall prior to receiving paint

- Carpentry/Ceilings/Installation of Acoustical Ceilings, Wooden

Ceiling Features, Interior and Exterior Wood Pergola features,

- Carpentry/Doors and Hardware installation of doors, door frames,

door hardware, restroom hardware, kitchen hardware

- Carpentry/Cabinet Installation, unload, sort, stage, install

cabinets based on diagrams and blueprints as provided by the

manufacturer

- Finish Carpentry, set up layout (with or without laser line tool)

and install wood base, wood trim, wood features, wood crown and trim

mouldings

- Concrete Selective Demolition, basic understanding of to remove

concrete floors and outside sidewalks, and steps with a jackhammer,

prybars and heavy hammers

- Concrete Finishing, install concrete dowels, install anchors bolts,

install gravel and vapor barrier (4-6 mil plastic). Place concrete,

finish concrete, trowel as necessary.

- Selective Demolition. Remove old finishes such as sheathing,

drywall, tile, ceilings, metal and wood frame studs, Plumbing,

Electrical and Ductwork after make safe practices are performed by

Subcontractor, insulation, window and storefront glass systems,

restroom fixtures, kitchen fixtures
