Looking for Flooring Installer - LVP/VCT/Hardwood & Tile

In-House Position only ----No Subcontractor !!

We are a Residential/ Commercial flooring company seeking flooring installers to become part of our team with a minimum of 5 years of experience installing LVT, LVP, Laminate, Ceramic Tile, Hardwood, and Moldings.

If you can install one or all listed above....

Responsibilities:

* Understanding floor preparations for all materials to create a smooth floor to receive new flooring.
* Understanding basic to intricate layouts for resilient flooring.
* Understanding all installation methods for various flooring materials.
* Keeping a clean workspace to maintain project safety and material cleanliness.
* Communicate with the field manager and office manager for up-to-date project changes and details.
* Keeping track of all materials and supplies used daily.
* Understanding all safety regulations required based on the environment being worked in.

Qualifications:

* 5+ years experience installing various flooring products. Understanding all installation methods.
* Willing to travel the Tri-State area.
* Good analytical and mathematical skills.
* Ability to work standing, kneeling, or crouching for extended periods.
* Detail-oriented.
* Maintain safe work practices while meeting strict deadlines.
* Flexible to work days, and weekends & Nights if necessary.
* Ability to work well in teams.
* Ability to prioritize and multitask.
