Painter or Paint Team

Contractor doing apartment interior renovations

We are looking for experienced painters or paint teams with 3-5 years experience.

Scope of work:
Spray interiors, 2 color, up to 3 sheens,
Masking, floors, windows, fixtures, etc.
Small drywall repairs, match textures,
Final walk, touch up with project manager

You will need your own tools, sprayer, hand tools, drywall tools, ladders ( vaulted ceilings), drop cloths
You will need to have General Liability Insurance on the first day of work
This is a 1099 position, you will be a sub contractor

We will pay you after each unit is completed
We pay direct deposit into your checking account
