OPEN POSITIONS:

1. Entry-Level D2D Sales Rep 3% Commission

What You Do:
Walk neighborhoods and knock on doors
Identify homes with visible roof issues (old shingles, moss, etc.)
Engage homeowners and get them to schedule a free estimate
No climbing, no measuring, no pressure sales

How You Get Paid:
If our estimator closes the deal, you earn 3% of the total project price

Perfect For:
Anyone looking to break into roofing sales
People with hustle, strong communication skills, and no fear of knocking doors

2. Roofing Estimator / Closer 7% Commission

What You Do:
Everything the entry rep does, plus:
Climb roofs to inspect and measure
Provide on-site estimates to homeowners
Close the deal and pass the client to our scheduling team

How You Get Paid:
7% commission on the full contract amount when you close the job

Perfect For:
Those with roofing or construction sales experience
Comfortable climbing roofs and handling pricing

What You Need:
Strong work ethic and professional attitude
Ability to communicate clearly and confidently
Reliable transportation
Willing to walk, talk, and follow up

Roofing experience preferred for estimators and senior reps but not required for entry role.
