Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team, providing crucial engineering support for new product development projects. This role involves interfacing with various project team members, enhancing existing products, and designing solutions that meet specific engineering change requests.

Responsibilities

  • Provide engineering support for new product development projects in a lead role.
  • Interface with Product Group leader, Project manager, and other project team members to enhance existing products.
  • Provide direction to others relative to assigned project development activities.
  • Design solutions that meet specific needs outlined in Engineering Change requests.
  • Conduct engineering and Finite element analysis as required by the project scope.
  • Collaborate with vendors to facilitate communication and product development needs.
  • Write test plans and quality documents.
  • Generate manufacturing-ready designs, working with factory personnel to ensure capabilities alignment.
  • Execute engineering analysis and apply high-level accepted engineering practices.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $38.46/hr.
