Qualifications : 2+ years of MIG welding experience. Must be able to pass a 3G test on 1/2" plate with a hardwire open root, dual shield cap. Must have experience reading blueprints. Job Description: Perform welding and fabrication tasks in alignment with customer-provided drawings and specifications. Accurately position components using jigs, fixtures, and measuring tools to ensure proper alignment. Maintain a strong commitment to safety protocols and deliver high-quality workmanship. Support general shop and fabrication operations, including grinding, surface preparation, layout, touch-up painting, and bracket installation. Interpret and work from blueprints and piping schematics. Operate hand tools efficiently and safely. Cut and thread pipe as required for project specifications.
