**NATURE OF WORK:** Under limited supervision performs senior level work

of considerable difficulty in the maintenance and repair of a physical

plant complex that includes all utilities, with an emphasis on complex

HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical, as well as building maintenance

and repair. Utilizes carpentry and construction skills. Performs related

work and supervises a work crew or crews as required or assigned.

**TYPICAL DUTIES: (Illustrative Only)**Perform senior level work in:

building, facility, and utility systems operations, maintenance, repair

and adjustment duties. Inspect facilities, buildings, and systems;

establish preventative maintenance schedules; perform predictive

maintenance; estimate time, labor and materials needed for jobs; compile

reports; operate and maintain equipment. May supervise workers engaged

in grounds and/or maintenance work.
