We are currently hiring a Projects Assistant for our Power team, this role is 100% on-site at our San Jose, CA branch office. The Power Projects Assistant is responsible for providing support to the power department projects team, coordinating bid requests, and assisting in preparation of quotes and submittals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor emails and route bid requests to appropriate team member.
- Enter job information into Job Management and SE Advantage.
- Download necessary documents and create submittal packages.
- Create Operations and Maintenance Instructions ("O&Ms").
- Complete other tasks as necessary to support the workflow of the projects team.
