You'll gain hands-on experience, learn from seasoned industry veterans, and become an essential part of a dynamic team focused on innovation and winning.
This role is designed for someone who wants to grow. As a key member of our team, you'll be perfectly positioned to learn our processes, take on more responsibility, and advance into a Construction Manager role.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll support construction projects from the initial planning stages through post-opening. As this is a new position, the responsibilities may evolve to best support the team's needs.
- Financial & Technical Review: Reviewing budgets and construction drawings for accuracy and performing material takeoffs.
- Project Lifecycle Support: Participating in the bid qualification and RFI processes, assisting with equipment ordering and procurement, and attending project status meetings.
- On-Site Project Management: Attending punch walks and conducting post-construction site visits to ensure quality and address any issues.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively identifying issues and working with the team to find effective solutions to keep projects on track.
- Warranty Management: Managing post-opening warranty plans to ensure new sites are fully operational and customer-ready.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
We're seeking a self-motivated, organized, and confident individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has:
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, ideally in an administrative, coordinator, or project management capacity.
- Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to quickly assess situations, find effective solutions, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams, external partners, and senior leadership.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite.
- Growth Mindset: A strong desire to learn, take ownership, and grow your career within the organization.
- Ability to Travel: You may be required to travel across the US (up to 40%) as needed for project support.
